Every child has the potential to lead.

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to experience the transformative power of sports, mentorship, and education. Those experiences taught me that true leadership is not defined by personal achievements, but by the positive impact we have on the lives of others.

After years of working with children, families, athletes, and communities, I came to realize that confidence, character, and strong values can shape a child’s future far beyond the classroom or the playing field.

That belief inspired me to establish NextGen Leadership Foundation.

Our mission is to provide young people with opportunities to grow through character education, leadership development, mentorship, and physical activity helping them build the confidence to overcome challenges and become leaders in their own communities.

I believe every child deserves someone who believes in them.

Together, we can build stronger character, stronger communities, and the next generation of leaders.
